OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM:

The aim of the Systemic Team and Executive coaching program, which is the 5th and 6th modules of the ICF-ACTP Professional Coaching Certificate Program; It is to teach the coaches working with institutions, the teams and managers of the institution practically, the coaching skills that will be coached with a systemic perspective.
The main purpose of Systemic Team Coaching is; to raise awareness about operational interfaces to coach their own systems by focusing the team on the target. The systemic team coach works with the totality of the team, not focused on the team members.

To be able to read company rules and culture, to create contracts from the expectations of team members and to prepare corporate contracts.

MODEL OF THE PROGRAM:
Coaching practices and games are used as tools. Applications are carried out on two different models.

Total 3 Days 24 Hours
Module 5: Systemic Team Coaching (16 Hours) ICF-CCE Certificate
Module 6: Leader Coaching (8 Hours) ICF-CCE Certificate

PROGRAM SERVICE FEE:
Team and Executive Coaching Program Fee: 3.500 TL + 18% VAT.
