OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM:

Today, organizations’ adopting the coaching methodology as a leadership style and including Executive Coach competencies among their managerial competencies has led to the emergence of new understandings in educational practices such as existing managers, leadership and coaching.
It is very important for a manager to be able to coach his inner world and team both ‘individually’ and ‘systematically’ for the whole team in order to balance the system as a whole.

In addition, the managers’ discovery of new leadership styles, using various instruments and catching a voice harmony with people in different situations, like an orchestra conductor, positively affect the development of each team member and the team as a whole.
Team Coaching Training for Managers, beyond the transfer of knowledge, reveals the real potential of managers and transfers them to the job, to the manager; aims to provide the skills to coach the team with leadership skills.

PROGRAM MODEL: The training is 2 days, 16 hours in total. Group work and games are used as tools in training. The number of participants is a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12. At the end of the training, participants are given a certificate of participation. It is recommended that managers who will receive training have received basic coaching skills training in order to participate in this training. Before the team coaching training, the managers who have not received training are given a 2-day basic coaching skills training.
